Versatility: Whilst a flexible program is important; an adaptable program is essential. Your program needs to be able to change as the needs of your staff, and the needs of your organisation, change. Your program must adapt to the ebb and flow of your organisation's culture. If you stay true to the engagement of your staff, if you keep the communication open, and your listen to the advice of your staff, then your program will remain contemporary and relevant. Lock the idea of a program in stone by all means: but keep the elements fluid.
