rewards and recognition A to Z (W= Workplace Segmentation...)

Workforce Segmentation: Depending on the culture and sub-cultures of your organisation, you may find that one style of reward or recognition is not enough. You may decide, or your staff may demand, multiple streams with multiple programs. If your system is team centric then this will not unduly complicate the management of your program. Higher turn over teams will more likely seek higher turn around, individual, recognition systems; while more stable teams will more likely seek team focused programs with longer lead times.
