Reward Strategy: A rewards strategy must be articulated and must deliver against your people strategy which inturn must deliver against your business strategy. In short, your rewards strategy must support the delivery of organisational objectives or it will never be sustainable. For the benefit of staff and stakeholders alike, you must articulate: objectives of the program; the goals of competitiveness; targeted workforce segmentation; the communication strategy; performance rules, systems and measures; and how the program itself will be measured.
