rewards and recognition A to Z (Q=Quirky...)

Quirky: Think outside the box, but don't do it alone. Look to your staff - their ideas will astound you. Not only will you get quirky ideas, but they'll be framed around their personal needs. One technique is to get staff to come up with 100 different ideas for rewards. Put the ideas to the vote and adopt the most popular. Go one step further and reward the teams whose ideas have been selected.
