rewards and recognition A to Z (I=Information...)

Information: Information about you rewards program must be simple. It should be clear, frequent and informative. Don't bury the benefits of your program with overly complex language about what you're trying to achieve. Newsletters are a common method of keeping staff engaged and involved; have a simple link from your intranet home page; try your hand at a staff rewards Twitter. If your workforce is segmented, target your communication to the group styles and always allow for feedback.
