Earlier this year I ran a Master Class at the Strategic Remuneration and Reward Conference organised by IQPC. My class was entitled The A-Z of Reward and Recognition.
I look forward to presenting my views in coming Blogs about getting this right in order to attract and hold the right people. My philosophy is to "recruit once".
Reward and recognising staff need not be costly; but it does take commitment.
